All about Brown Bank dive site

Brown Bank is best treated as a raised reef-bank site, where coral structure rises from surrounding sand or deeper water. It has a broader, open feel than a compact coral garden and can be rewarding when fish school above the reef.

What to see

Divers may see schooling grunts and snappers, jacks, barracuda, groupers, parrotfish, angelfish, sea fans, sponges, eagle rays, turtles, and moray eels.

When To Go Diving

March to August often brings the best visibility and sea conditions. Water temperatures usually sit around 24–29°C, with visibility commonly around 30 metres in settled conditions.
