Liveaboard cruises offering dives at the Bear's Den

All about Bear's Den dive site

Bear’s Den is a Roatán site known for shallow caverns, crevices, and a swim-through leading toward the wall. It has a playful, topographic character, with enough structure to make the dive feel more adventurous than a flat reef.

What to see

Brain corals, caverns, swim-throughs, reef fish, lobsters, crabs, moray eels, sponges, sea fans, and small crevice life may be seen.

When To Go Diving

Best conditions are generally from March to August, with strong visibility helping inside the swim-throughs and crevices. Water is usually around 24–29°C.
