Overall good experience!Verified review
I had a great time time during my liveaboard with the Aggressor fleet. I'm not a very demanding person, so it was ok for me, but the boat is not the most comfort one. The shared cabins are very small and I don't recommend staying in the upper bed if you are not a young skinny person. Except for that I had a great time, the staff was very nice and helpful and the captain did whatever was possible despite of some bad weather a couple of days. I enjoyed very much especially the night dives and the drift dive at washing machine!

Excellent as Aggressor boatVerified review
Overall, it was excellent trip. As other Aggressor boats, service was amazing and food was excellent. They accommodated me with vegetarian meals throughout the week. Diving was quite flexible and they allowed us to dive as a buddy and all dive sites were easy to navigate. The boat itself was a bit small and each cabin was not very spacious, but 5 dives per day did not allow me to spend much time in the cabin, so it was not a problem for me.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes the Exuma Cays such a special dive destination?
The Exuma Cays are part of the Out Islands of the Bahamas, comprising 350-plus islands and cays in a 120-mile swath. Local waters are famous for their bright aquamarine colors, coral reefs with intricate complexity, and marine life in all its forms. Variety in dives includes walls, shallow reefs, and nutrient-rich habitats that make for a highly variable experience for divers
What are the common dive sites explored at Tiger Beach?
Mini Wall: It consists of two coral mounds running parallel, starting from 35 to 40 feet and sloping to 85 feet. Hog Fish Reef: A normally shallow site, it ranges from 30-45 feet in depth, full of crevices and ledges housing soft and hard corals, with an abundance of Grunts and Angelfish. Shark Paradise is aptly named for the frequent visits by nurse, Caribbean, and lemon sharks and the occasional tiger shark. The Sugar Wreck is a shallow barge wreck from the 1800s that lies in 18 to 20 feet of water and is home to many marine animals, including green moray eels and hawksbill turtles. El Dorado ranges in depth from 40 feet, sloping to 70 feet; lobsters and shrimp can be seen, as well as nocturnal creatures such as squid and octopus on night dives
How's diving conditions in Bahamas?
The water temperatures range from 75 to 80°F during winter, though during January it might drop as low as 72°F, while during summer the temperature is around 78 to 84°F. A 3 to 5mm wetsuit is quite appropriate for year-round comfort and multiple dives. There are up to five dives possible every day, including night dives. All diving is made from the mother ship. Spacious platforms and well-designed boarding ladders ensure easy access in and out of the water
How is diving supervised on board?
On the Bahamas Aggressor, diving is based on a buddy team system where divers dive their own profile and plan the dive within their depth and time limits. Staff includes detailed dive briefings with critter spotting and photography during the dives. Where dives are from tenders, a staff member is also in the water to guide on safety matters and help find points of interest. Buddy teams surface when necessary according to safety procedures
What food and beverages are allowed on board?
The menu is a combination of American and local cuisine and includes hot breakfasts, substantial lunches with homemade soups and breads, and chef-prepared dinners with seafood, chicken or beef, and fresh desserts. Special diets should be noted at the time of booking and discussed with the chef upon arrival on board. Beverages included in the rate are fruit juices, soft drinks, and local beer and wine. Specialty liquor is not included due to high import duties; guests are welcome to bring their favorite spirits on board
How can I help support sustainable diving practices?
The fleet promotes eco-friendly practices onboard. Guests are encouraged to avoid single-use plastics, travel with refillable water bottles, and use reef-safe sunscreen or protective clothing instead of chemical products. The program also minimizes water usage and is very conscious of waste disposal
