All about Ancla dive site

Ancla, meaning “anchor,” suggests a reef site marked by an anchor or anchor remains. It has the feel of a compact local dive, where a small historical feature becomes part of the coral and sponge-covered landscape.

What to see

Look for anchor structure, coral growth, sponges, sea fans, grunts, snappers, angelfish, parrotfish, moray eels, and small reef creatures sheltering around the rock.

When To Go Diving

Year-round diving is possible, with the best comfort usually from December to September depending on coast and weather. Water is generally 24–30°C, with visibility commonly 18–30 metres.
