Zaglav is a Croatian island or headland-style site, likely shaped by rocky slopes, clear water, and small walls. It has a scenic, natural feel, especially for divers who enjoy following a reef edge rather than exploring a single object.
What to see
Wrasse, bream, damselfish, octopus, scorpionfish, nudibranchs, sponges, sea urchins, and small crustaceans may be seen. Deeper parts may carry gorgonians.
When To Go Diving
May to October is the general season, with July to September the warmest period. Visibility can be excellent, especially around island sites away from runoff.
