It was an unforgettable moment for me. I am going to miss this trip. Nice staffs and guides, Great food! What a wonderful sea it was! Thank you for all. Especially to Marcelo and Kizz.

Ich hatte sehrviel Glück, da nur 12 Taucher anstatt 20+ Taucher auf dem Boot waren. Ich habe deswegen eine Einzelkabine bekommen. Wir hatten Pech mit dem Wetter, da es sehr selten Sonne gab. Deswegen war unter Wasser die Farbenpracht nicht sehr ausgeprägt. Allerdings waren die Tauchgänge trotzdem sehr schön. Unser Tauchguide (Adrian) war sehr gut. Hat alle Tauchgänge sehr gut geplant und durchgeführt. Der Cruise Direktor (Fred) hat alle Tauch Briefings sehr gut erklärt und viele Detailinformationen gegeben. Das Essen war auch sehr gut und die Getränkepreise für Alkohol und Softdrinks fair. Insgesamt kann ich diesen Tauchtrip sehr weiterempfehlen.

Booking and proceeding through Divebooker was easy and I got the details in time. The advantage of Sawasdee FaSai is the kindness and concern of the staff that makes us feel comfortable during this diving trip. All staff on the ship were friendly and helpful. The food was very good and there was a varied selection. We’ve spent some days in water, nice dive with patient, helpful, competent and professional guides. We feel safe and in good hands when dive, even when we meet a bit challenging current and vis on some sites. The only regret was the condition of visibility, was not that good always, but we can’t influence it. It was nice to get in water anyway

I had a great time on the Pawara liveaboard, but it could have been better in many ways. First, I think the boat was overbooked and it felt crowded 93 percent of the time. Somehow I got lucky with a cabin to myself, but there were still 27 divers on board (how is that possible?). The staff slept in the common area, which meant that was off-limits during certain hours of the day. It was always a hassle trying to find a place to eat (because there were too many people on board), and the food choices were just a tiny bit disappointing for those with dietary restrictions. However, I think the staff did a great job to keep the dives organized and in small groups. I made some really nice friends on this liveaboard also and I had a really good time and had really really nice dives.

The service and kindness of the staff are quite satisfactory. Satisfaction with food is also good. The part where the kitchen staff came out and checked whether it was okay or not looked good.And the safety of the guide was also thorough, so there was a part that relieved a lot of anxiety when diving. However, I think the smell in the bathroom in the cabin needs to be improved.

All in all an OK liveaboard - cabins meet expectations, it represents what you pay. Dive guides were decent, though dive groups were perhaps a little too big. The fleet manager, however, seems to lack any respect of customer care - we booked the liveaboard trip to the Similan islands, with a few stops at Richelieu Rock and other sites in Surin National Park on the way. Firstly, the fleet did not purchase Similan National Park licenses in time (keep in mind this is not like Sipadan where licenses are extremely limited); they waited until last minute in hopes of trying to maximise occupancy and eventually left it too late, jeopardising all their customers' trips. Secondly, we found out on THE DAY OF EMBARKATION that we would not be entering Similan National Park whatsoever. One would expect that the fleet would have informed such crucial information to customers beforehand (keep in mind some are flying half way around the world for this). Finally, when trying to contact the fleet manager directly, I received zero response. I went through Divebooker agents to help me get in touch and now they claim that it was due to the weather...great cover up!

Hello. Booking and proceeding through Dive Booker was so easy. Thank you again for your concern and kindness!! The advantage of Sawasdee FaSai is the kindness and concern of the staff that makes me feel comfortable during diving trip. After diving, there were scenes of trying to maintain the ship's condition so that it could rest comfortably on the boat. With these steps, facilities, meals, safety, etc. cannot be bad. The only regret is that the view of the sea is not good.Global warming and the tidal waves of two or three years ago seemed to be the aftermath, but rich aquatic life and environment were enough to assuage that regret.

The room was quite smaller than I expected but not a problem at all enjoying the diving trip. The boat made great trip video for the guests.

Thanks for the diving trip and I had a good time and wonderful day in Similan. Although this is my sixth trip in Phuket. Food are average and can be improved, we were expecting sea food BBQ as well. It is my first liveaboard so I have nothing to compare. Overall I'm very satisfied with the trip. For me safety is my main concern and it is reassuring to know my dive guide has 20 yrs of local experience. Everything is clean and well organized, the food is great, a well deserved 9 out of 10

For the two of us it was the first liveaboard experience and it was awesome. We felt very save and under good guidance. Everything was clear from the beginning till the end of the trip. The snacks and meals were more than enough and satisfying as well. The divesites were well picked. Even as an advanced open water diver there were some new challenges to handle. We would always recommend to choose Pawara for new and experienced divers. Benjamin and Sandra

The staff was friendly and very helpful - always willing to help. Boat boys were awesome. Trip lead was great. Food was okay but due to kitchen location and buffet-style food was never hot. Available after hours snacks were very limited. Seating arrangement on back deck for dining and briefings was awkward and cramped forcing people to climb over others to get in and out. There were also too many people on the boat ~30.
