Leeward Marina

Leeward Marina is located on the eastern coast of the island of Providenciales. The marine life is represented by grouper, lobsters, barracuda, rays and sharks, including beautiful corals and sponges. Just minutes from Leeward Marina is the Coral Gables dive site. A bit further away is the pristine area of Pine Cay. Sites off the Cay are known for consistently good visibility including the Football Field, 50-Yard Line, and Eagle Ray Pass. These sites are submerged sea mounts that rise to within 15m/50ft of the surface. The Football Field is a rectangular sand patch with organisms that prefer sandy areas, such as queen conches and stingrays. There are extensive plate corals and gorgonians with a crevice where divers will find very large vase sponges (max. depth 21m/68ft).
