Saint George Wreck is one of the best wreck dives of the Bayahibe. Diving at this site is recommended to advanced divers. After the ship sank it was turned into an artificial reef, which is now home to schools of many colorful fish, especially barracudas. More experienced divers can swim through the wreck to explore it inside out.

When to go

The best time to dive is from June to September. The average air temperature ranges between 25-28C/77-82F, while the average water temperature stays between 79F/26C and 86F/30C. The depth of the site is close to 40m/130ft. The average water visibility is greater than 66ft/20m.
