How to get to the Port de Pollenca

Port de Pollença (also known as Puerto Pollensa) is a small town in northern Mallorca, situated on the Bay of Pollença. Palma de Mallorca Airport is located in 66 km. Port de Pollença is quiet resort at the mouth of the horseshoe-shaped Port de Pollença Bay that is popular throughout the year. It has hotels, bars, restaurants, great activities, and beautiful sandy beaches (the Port de Pollença is really fabulous). Tourists will also enjoy the beautiful Pine Walk promenade and the wonderful scenery of the Tramuntana mountain range as the backdrop of the resort. The bay is well protected from strong winds, so the calm, clear water of the Mediterranean Sea, which is teeming with marine life, is ideal for scuba diving. There are lots of dive sites nearby that represent the underwater beauty of Mallorca. During the summer months the scuba diving excursions are organized along the rocks of the coastline.
