When to go to Sipaway 

Scuba diving in Sipaway Island can be done all year-round. The rainy season lasts from May through January with particularly heavy rains during the months of August and September. Dry season lasts from February though April. The average air temperature varies from 25-33C/77-91F. December and January are the coolest months while April is the hottest. The water temperature ranges from 27-31C/80-87F. Underwater visibility stays between 10-30m/33-98ft. What to see Sea fans, scorpion fish, octopus, barracudas,horse mackerel and tuna can be seen in this area.

Scuba diving in Sipaway 

Sipaway Island is a part of Negros Occidental. Its white sandy beaches, canyons, coral reefs as well as caves and waterfalls make it one of the most popular diving destinations in the Philippines. Located just 10-15 minutes away from San Carlos City and in 78 km from Bacolot airport, Sipaway is accessible from both Negros Island and Cebu Island. Diving in Sipaway is suitable for divers of all levels of experience. Most popular dive sites The popular dive sites around the island include Camote Sunken Island, Sipaway Tower, Sipaway Wall, Treasure Point, and Camote Wall. Sipaway Tower is situated on the north east of the island. Divers can observe stone fish, stingrays, mackerels, morays and more while doing this dive. The depth ranges from 3-40m/10-131ft. Camote Wall is located on the south east of Sipaway. The depth of the site ranges between 28-45m/92-148ft and the site is best suited for experienced divers.
