All about Okoe Bay dive site

Okoe Bay is a South Kona coastal site with lava formations and a quieter, more remote feel. It suits divers who enjoy rugged shoreline, clear water, and natural volcanic structure.

What to see

Lava rock, coral heads, reef fish, turtles, moray eels, octopus, tangs, butterflyfish, and small reef creatures may be seen.

When To Go Diving

Best in calm conditions, often May to October. Water is usually around 24–28°C, with visibility dependent on swell.
