Nilgiri Tug Wreck is a compact tugboat wreck, likely easier to navigate than larger cargo wrecks but still rich in structure. It has an intimate artificial-reef character.
What to see
Tugboat structure, reef fish, lionfish, moray eels, snappers, batfish, sponges, nudibranchs, shrimps, and small schooling fish may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best from November to April for Colombo or west-coast wreck diving. Water is generally around 27–30°C.
