LIVEABOARD DIVING IN San Carlos

San Carlos is located on the Sea of Cortez, on the west coast of Mexico. Diving in San Carlos is amazing for the beauty of its reefs, wrecks, caves, lagoons and rich fauna, including large fish, mammals, endemic and exotic fish, blue marlin and sailfish. There are pearl farms in the area. Marine life consists of a variety of fish, humpback and blue whales, fin whales, sperm whales, killer whales and whale sharks. Visibility is good, about 100 ft/30 m. There are about 30 dive sites in the San Carlos area, some of the most interesting being: Diaz Ordaz Wreck, Zorro's Cove, Tres Marías, La Palpa, Seamount, Deer Island and Lighthouse.
