When to go to Le Morne

Scuba diving is possible all year round, but the high diving season is during the summer months of November to March. Also divers should reember that January and February are the peak tropical cyclone months. The weather stays very good throughout the year. In the summer (from October to March) the air temperature varies between 24C and 32C/75-89F. The water is around of 25C/77F all year round.


What to see

The shallow, turquoise lagoons and deeper waters of the Indian Ocean are teeming with marine life such as scorpion fish, fire fish, white tip sharks, groupers, blue marlin, eagle rays, moray eels and a huge variety of corals.
