Liveaboard diving in
Ladiko
Ladiko is a picturesque bay situated about 15km/9.33mi from Rhodes City. It is very calm bay, that in Greek means 'always calm'. On this spot divers can dive along a wall, that starts at 6m/19ft and goes vertically down to 30m/98ft. The wall eventually leads to the seabed, where it is possible to observe pottery and ancient amphorae, that remain from a ship wreck.
When To Go Diving
The high diving season is considered to be from April to October, when the water temperature is between 22-28C/71-82F. The annual average sea temperature ranges between 16-25C/60-77F.
What to see
Among the wide variety of Mediterranean sea life, divers can spot rainbow wrasse, grouper and tuna.
