All about Hermigua dive site
Hermigua, on La Gomera, offers rugged Atlantic coastal diving with volcanic slopes and a quieter island atmosphere. It is more about rock structure and clear water than coral colour.
What to see
Volcanic reefs, wrasse, bream, parrotfish, moray eels, octopus, rays, barracuda, and schooling fish may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best in calm summer and early autumn conditions. Water is usually around 19–24°C, with visibility often 15–30 metres.
