Moorea

Moorea is an island in French Polynesia, one of the Windward Islands, part of the Society Islands. Moorea Airport is located there. It is a popular destination with tourists due to the various activities that can be found here. One of the most popular activities in Moorea is scuba diving. The dive sites located off Moorea allow divers to explore wonderful marine life, including different reef fish, sharks, and rays. Both novice and experienced divers can enjoy diving in these waters. The Tiki site became a favorite shark dive for many dive operators on the island. The Roses is a spectacular site with huge, rose-shaped corals at 45m/150ft. Some other popular dive sites are Stingray World and Taotoi Pass.
