How to get to the Suva
Suva is the capital of the Republic of Fiji. The city is located in the southeast part of Viti Levu and is the political and administrative center of Fiji. Suva is the largest city in the South Pacific, with a large population. The city welcomes students, sailors, traders, and tourists. This destination is definitely worth visiting due to the mix of different cultures, various styles of architecture, and places of interest. Tourists can admire ancient colonial buildings near modern hotels and stores. There are also lots of parks in Suva. The most popular one is Apted Park, which has a great view at sunset and sunrise. Downtown is always crowded, so tourists will need to go to the suburbs and outskirts to get away from the hustle and bustle of a big city. Most of the terrain of Suva consists of hills, and it is almost completely surrounded by the sea. However, the closest beach is 25km/16mi away at Pacific Harbour. White-sand beaches and clear water make for a first-class vacation. There are lots of opportunities for adventurous diving in the surrounding waters, where the maximum depth is 30m/98ft.
Most popular dive sites
The most popular place for diving is the Coral Coast. Divers should definitely visit dive sites such as Bordello, Casbah, Fanny Hill, the Edge, and Stingray.
