When to go to Larnaca

Diving season lasts all year round, but the best time to come here is from May to October. In summer, average ambient temperature is around 30C/86F and sea temperature about 27-28C/81-82F. Visibility is about 30m/98ft.

Scuba diving in Larnaca

Located in southern Cyprus, on the Mediterranean coast. Larnaca International Airport is located there. Larnaca is a fabulous tourist town that dates back to ancient times. In earlier days it was a famous seaport, but today its port serves as a yacht harbor. Larnaca has a beautiful bay with lovely views. There are many exciting dive sites in the vicinity so divers of any experience level can find something to enjoy. The warm, crystal-clear waters provide great visibility so one can fully appreciate the teeming marine life. There are also some locations for wreck diving that might be interesting for experienced divers.
