When to go to Girne

The high diving season on North Cyprus lasts from April through November. In summer, average ambient temperature is around 30C/86F and sea temperature is about 27-28C/81-82F.

Scuba diving in Girne

Located in northern Cyprus, on the Mediterranean coast, Kyrenia (Turkish: Girne) is a famous historic seaport and tourist destination in North Cyprus at the foot of the Five Fingers Mountains. The closest international airport is Nicosia that is located in 30km/18.6mi. Its quite large, charming harbor is the heart of the city and never sleeps, crowded with fishing boats and yachts all day and night.
