Ugljan is an island in the Adriatic Sea, in central Croatia, near the Dalmatian coast to the west of Zadar. Ecologically clean Ugljan water is a habitat to numerous species of fish, crustaceans, mollusks, and corals. East coast of the island is a chain of picturesque bays, the southern side of the island is especially good for scuba diving. Round the nearby island of Pag there is the “Rosa” Wreck also known as “Ston” (at 30 to 35m/98-115ft). It offers three aligned towers ranging from 4 to 6m/13-20ft of height.
