Trstenic is a year-round diving destination. Rainy season is considered to be from October to January. The best time for diving is from May to September. The average air temperature: 8-26C/46-78F. The water temperature ranges from 12C to 25C/53-77F. The average visibility is from 10m to 25m/32-82ft. The currents may vary, but generally are slight. What to see Divers can encounter elephant ear sponges, colorful corals, scorpionfish, lobsters, forkbeards, as well as white bream and twobanded sea bream hidden in its crevices and many others species.

Trstenik is a village and harbour in the central part of the southern coast of the island of Peljesac. The closest airport is Dubrovnik that is located in 105 km from Trstenik. Numerous small bays and beaches that can only be reached by boat are in the near vicinity of Trstenik. Trstenik is a great place for people interested in scuba – diving, wreck diving and cave diving.
