All about Coral Garden Reef dive site
Coral Garden Reef is a classic Sri Lankan reef-garden site, with coral patches, tropical fish, and a gentle profile. It suits relaxed diving, photography, and less experienced divers in calm conditions.
What to see
Hard corals, reef fish, parrotfish, butterflyfish, snappers, turtles, moray eels, rays, nudibranchs, and shrimps may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best in the local dry season, with west and south coast sites strongest from November to April and east coast sites from May to September. Water is generally 26–30°C.
