It is possible to dive year-round at Rahdhiga Thila, but the best time is from January to May. The rainy season is from May to November. The average air temperature is 28-30C/82-86F, while the water is usually 26-29C/79-84F.

What to see

The highlights of diving at Rahdhiga Thila are gray reef sharks, eagle rays, and beautiful soft corals of all colors. Sometimes it is even possible to spot a whale shark. The most commonly seen species here include angelfish, parrotfish, trumpetfish, barracudas, snapper, and blennies.
