Feydhoo Caves (also known as Feydhoo Finolhu or Feydhoo Wall) is located north of Malé, Maldives. The reef is an upright wall with lots of holes, clefts, and swim-throughs. The top of the reef is located at about 3m/10ft deep, and it goes down to about 35m/115ft. At some places, there is almost a 90-degree drop-off. There are swim-throughs and small overhangs at shallower depths, and prolonged overhangs at the deeper areas of the wall.

When To Go Diving

Scuba diving is available at Feydhoo Caves year-round. The best time to dive is May to November. The water temperature averages 27-30C/80-86F.

What to see

The wall is covered with sponges and corals. This site gives the divers an opportunity to explore caves, walls, reefs, and lots of marine life, such as fish, sharks, eagle rays, turtles, sponges, and corals.
