The site is situated off western Hvar. It features a 70m/229ft- long wall that hides an interesting cave 20m/65ft long. The cave begins only 5m/16ft under the surface and ends in a barren vertical tunnel; it has enough space for up to 5 divers. This spot is ideal for all divers, especially for snorkelers.
When To Go Diving
Diving here is possible any time of the a year. The high season is during May and October, when the water temperature reaches 24C/75F.
What to see
Divers will enjoy the abundance of colors and marine species here, including lots of invertebrates. Inside the cave divers will encounter rare yellow gorgonians shelter crabs concealed in crevices and forkbeards, red cave fish and sea anemones on the sandy seabed.
