Ultrafreeze/El Frio is a 200-ft long sunken cargo ship, located 3 miles south of the Isla Mujeres. The hull of this artificial reef is almost intact.

The air temperature throughout the year rages from 19C/66F to 33C/66-91F. The average water temperature ranges from 25C/77F to 28C/ 82F.
What to see
There is a variety of marine life, including manta rays, barracuda, grouper, large moray eel, large jew fish as well as some other species to explore. It is a popular site among underwater photographers.
