Atlantis Road is en extremely popular dive site with divers. The site itself is a construction of stones that appear to be man-made, and look as if they were deliberately organized into a road or a wall. Diving at Atlantis Road is breath-taking and mysterious, due to the strange legends about the origin of the site. Some people say that the parallel structure used to be a road leading to the lost city of Atlantis, and its appearance was predicted by a man who claimed that he lived his previous life in Atlantis. He was sure that remnants of Atlantis would show up near Bimini, and 52 years later the strange construction was accidentally spotted. However, geologists later proved that the so-called Atlantis Road is just a natural rock formation. Nonetheless, people who love mysteries and history will enjoy diving at Atlantis Road.
