The Kal’s Dream dive site, located off the small remote Alor Island, is well-known for its beautiful underwater landscape. The dive site features a submerged pinnacle with almost vertical walls that are densely covered in multicolored soft corals. The surrounding waters are teeming with small reef fish, and going deeper to the sea bed, divers will have good chances to see a lot of pelagic species.
When To Go Diving
Divers can dive at this site all year round, but the high season lasts from November to March. The annual water temperature stays at 28-30C/82-86F throughout the year.
What to see
Besides an abundance of colorful soft corals and plentiful shoals of small fish, divers will also see red snappers, surgeonfish, rays, sharks, and barracudas. Hammerheads have also been known to visit this dive site.
