Channel Point
Channel Point is a site in Bali in Indonesia that is ideal for both snorkeling and diving. The site is known for its good opportunities for dive training. The coral reef slopes down gradually alongside the channel and ends with a large, sandy seabed.
When To Go Diving
It is possible to dive at Channel Point throughout the year, but the period from April to November has the best conditions. The average air temperature ranges between 30-35C/86-95F, while the water temperature is around 25-26C/77-79F.
What to see
Channel Point’s marine life includes nudibranchs, moray eels, blue-spotted rays, sea snakes, and lionfish. This site has a large number of corals of different formations and colors. Seahorses, mantis shrimp, and blue-ringed octopi are some of the smaller interesting life forms that can be found here.
