Blue Corner
Blue Corner dive site is located on the northern tip of Nusa Lembongan. This dive site features, probably, the most challenging diving conditions in Bali due to very strong unpredictable currents. However, stronger currents often attract greater number of pelagic fish. Divers will be taken on the exciting roller coaster ride along the steep slopes and the whole variety of Bali's marine life. This is a great site to see many species of big pelagic fish just in one dive, and the rare sunfish, Mola Mola, can also be spotted here during the right season.
When To Go Diving
Diving is possible all year round with the annual water temperature staying at its average of 28C/82F. However, very strong currents can occasionally make this site unaccessible even for experienced divers. Strong currents can also bring the water temperature to its minimum of 20C/68F sometimes during the winter. The right season to see the world famous Mola Mola is between July and October.
What to see
At Blue Corner divers have an opportunity to see many pelagic species, including huge marble rays, eagle rays, reef sharks and wobbegongs resting on the sea floor. It is also the right site to see elusive Mola-Molas during the season.
