Cenotes
Casa Cenote/Cenote Tankah is a large open lagoon, located very close to the ocean in Tankah Tres, not far from Cancun. This cenote connects one of the longest underwater cave systems, Nohoch Na Chich, with the ocean, so both fresh and saltwater fish live here. The site is good for novices as well as and experienced divers. This site is often used by cave diving instructors to do training and skill drills. This area is great for photography.
When To Go Diving
The water temperature ranges between 28C/84F in the summer and 25C/78F in the winter.

Cenote Manatee was named for the manatees who have swam in these waters over many years, but due to increased diving activity the chances of seeing them here have reduced.
