Roche Zozo is a site at the top of a cliff in the South of Mauritius. The average depth of the site is 33m/108ft with the deepest point being no more than 40m/131ft.
When To Go Diving
The best season for scuba diving runs from November through April. During these months water temperatures are most inviting, reaching up to 29C/84F. During the winter months the temperature can fall below 20C/68F.
What to see
There is a very interesting seascape with rocky peaks, canyons and tunnels. At about 20m/65ft a large plateau leads to a tunnel that further opens up to a parallel canyon. After reaching the opposite wall of the canyon divers can follow another tunnel which curves upward and will bring them back at the same canyon but a little higher up.
