When to go to Portorož

The most suitable time to dive at Portorož is during the months of May through September. The average air temperature during this season is about 25C/77F. During other months, the weather can be much colder with more precipitation. February is the coldest month, and November is the wettest. The temperature of the water averages 22-23C/72-73F, and the water visibility is 5-25m/16-82ft. The current varies between 1 and 2 knots, depending on the dive site.
