                            Passe de Trois Bassins is reachable by boat and is13km/8mi away from Saint- Gilles. The water visibility is medium (5-10m/16-33ft) with low current. The average depth of the site is 15m/49ft with the max depth at 22m/72ft. At Passe de Trois Bassins divers can also wall dive.                        

When To Go Diving

The air temperature in March is about 28C/83F and 24C/75F in September. The water temperature averages 27C/80F from January to March and 23C/73F from July to September.

What to see

It is a very nice dive. The shallow area has an abundant marine life including sting rays, eagle rays, devil rays, turtles, groupers, batfish, parrotfish, nudibranchs and flutemouth.

Such a nice place to dive, beautiful underwater life, wall and reef, all in one place. Not difficult to dive, so will be good for not very experienced divers.
