Our dive boat, 30 feet with a dive platform, is well equipped and staffed with licensed professional marine crew with EFR/CPR and Oxygen administration certificates. We follow PADI standards and practices for safety, certifications, and staff to diver ratios, and carry emergency oxygen on board our dive boat.

If the port is closed by the Harbor Capitans (Cancun and Isla) because of inclement weather (unsafe for recreational marine activities) we provide option to reschedule or a full refund of deposit. If Aqua Adventures determines the conditions or other factors warrant cancelling the tour, we provide a full refund.
