Penjor reef
Penjor Reef is one of the more popular dive sites in Bali, Indonesia. The coral reef slopes down and is full of diverse, healthy, mature corals and sponges. The macro life is abundant here and makes diving into a great experience, even on a day with less than average visibility.
When To Go Diving
Penjor Reef is accessible year-round, but the best conditions are from April to November during the dry season. The average air temperature is around 30-35C/86-95F. The water temperature averages 25-26C/77-79F.
What to see
Different types of colorful nudibranchs, moray eels, snake eels, clownfish, sweetlips, sea snakes, butterflyfish, and blue-spotted stingrays can be seen at Penjor Reef. Sea turtles and whitetip sharks occasionally visit this reef.
