Punta Gaviota is located in La Gomera, Canary Islands. This dive site is available for novice and experienced divers where they can perform wall, cave, reef and shoal diving. This location is popular among snorkelers as well as divers who come here for their first dive.
When To Go Diving
Diving is possible all year round. The average water temperature is 19C/66F in March and 26C/79F in September. The average air temperature ranges from 14C/57F to 19C/66F during the winter months and from 21C/70F to 29C/82F during the summer.
What to see
Amazing marine life is full of trumpet fish, parrot fish, clown fish, stingrays, eagle rays, barracudas and tuna. Besides magnificent anemones and sponges, many sea snails and crabs can be spotted in this area.
