Gulf of Aqaba is a large gulf of the Red Sea, located to the east of the Sinai peninsula and west of Arabian mainland. It is one of the world's premier sites for diving- the area is especially rich in coral and other marine biodiversity. Thus from graceful Hawksbill turtles, to fluorescent nudibranches, the Red Sea is home to over 1200 species of fish, more than 500 species of coral, and 1000 different mollusks and crustaceans.
