Crynoid Canyon

This site is located in a small bay just outside the southern entrance of Loh Dasami, on the southern side of Nusa Kode Island, almost directly opposite Yellow Wall. The diving entry point is at the southern basin and continues along the wall in a counter-clockwise direction. There are multiple varieties of small invertebrate life, nudibranches, and sea urchins, and all manner of tiny shrimp and crabs can be found here on very colourful walls covered with feather stars. Diving here is recommended for divers with CMAS**/AOW certification.

When To Go Diving

Diving is year round. April to November are the best months. The average water temperature ranges from 23-28C/73-82F. The depth of the site is 25m/82ft. Water visibility is good, 10-30m/32-98ft. Currents are weak (<1 knot).
